And Mama still says "I d beat Kaido, Red-hair and even WB" - implying WB was still strongest at time of MF events.

Even if they don't age jail is still jail, she is taking away their freedom that's a fact. Nobody would want to spend their "eternal" life stuck in a book. In that state they can't even spend the life she gifts them with (as you said) as they want. I can't call that living. (I'm mostly talking about the humans here since animals are imprisoned in every culture and society)
